error: Failed dependencies: lire = 1.5 is needed by lire-html-1.5-1

  I'm installing lire-1.5.1 on Redhat Enterprise Linux                      
  3 from the RPMs downloaded from www.logreport.org.                        
                                                                            
  When I try to install lire-html or lire-pdf I get the                     
  same errors:                                                              
  lire-html-1.5-1.noarch.rpm                                                
  warning: lire-html-1.5-1.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature:                    
  NOKEY, key ID 2cb3f937                                                    
  error: Failed dependencies:                                               
          lire = 1.5 is needed by lire-html-1.5                             
                                                                            
  And lire is installed:                                                    
                                                                            
  Is this a bug?                                                            
                                                                            
   rpm -qa|grep lire                                                        
  lire-1.5-1                                                                
  [root at XXQIPRS01 noarch]# rpm -i --test lire-pdf-1.5-1.noarch.rpm          
  error: Failed dependencies:
