Well, if the rebuildb didn't work, I don't know what is the problem.

Anyway, you shouldn't worry about this problem since those two packages
are empty. There only use is in the dependencies they introduce on other
third-party packages to make sure that PDF and HTML output format are 
available.

Just run rpm -qf  lire-pdf-1.5-1.noarch.rpm --depends
and make sure that the required packages are installed.
