Problems with running lr_log2report

I'm trying to create a simple report on my Apache combined access logs. This is the first time I have installed it on Redhat Enterprise Linux ES 3.0 and am getting Segmentation Faults. On other Linux versions, Gentoo, Fedora, and RH 7.2, it works fine. However management is pushing me to use RHEL so I would like to get it working on there if possible.
