No traversals or hostnames in www log report

I ran a report on a combined apache log, and have problems:
1. The host names do not show. Is there some way to ger Lire to look them 
up?

2. There is a Top Traversals section, but it looks like following:

Top Traversals, Top 10 Start Page, Top 5 2nd Pages, Top 5
   3rd Page

   First Page                                             Requests % Parent
      Second Page
         Third Page
   ------------------------------------------------------ -------- --------
   None                                                       2040     16.8
      None                                                    2040    100.0
         None                                                 2040    100.0
   ------------------------------------------------------ -------- --------
   Total for 12121 records                                   12121    100.0

So, it doesn't actually show traversals. How can I make it to?
(WArning I have absolutely no idea how to modify the report contents and 
reading the manual didn't help, so please be verbose with me.)
I'm using version 2.0.1.
