Support for sendmail 8.12.x

Wytze,

The problem I was having was due to operator error (me). The
8.12.x maillog I was testing with was slightly truncated at
a point the just happened to be right in the middle of an
entry (even the newline was missing). When I tested with
a complete file, all went as expected!
