Problem processing postfix files (including your web example)

Found problem:
Discovered lire leaves nice log in /tmp/postfix_nnn directory which gave exact
error.
>From that (and fair amount of searching, knowing nothing about perl) found out I
had to also install DB_File module which in turned required me to install
Berkeley DB.
This now seems to work.
For the record (just in case you have other installer with zero experience with
perl) I had to install, in the order given below, following products/modules:
perl
curses
term readkey
Pod escapes
Pod Simple
Pod Builder
test Builder
Test builder Tester
Test Pod
expat
xml parser
dbi
dbi sqlite2
berkeley db
db_file
My Suse is an old/basic installation, most likely newer version with full
installation should work better.
Regards
Miguel

Thanks for prompt reply.
I attach example, don't know if good enough or need something longer (gzip
format to make sure Windows does not mess up Unix file).
This results in:
lr_log2report postfix one_mail.txt output.txt
Parsing log file using postfix DLF Converter...
lr_log2report: ERROR old-style DLF converter exited with non-zero status: 512
The example on your website which did not work on my installation 'seemed' to be
ok, at least the timestamp is similar to all my timestamps (including sendmail,
etc.), for example:
Dec 1 04:02:56 internetsrv postfix/pickup[20919]: 693A3578E: uid=0 from=<root>
Please let me know if need longer example/another format.
Regards
Miguel

Should work OK, and it does to a certain degree as I understand
from your success with sendmail and syslog files.
