That's right, currently there is no support for AMaViS logs or any other
virus filter log.  (And indeed, support for such logfiles would be very
useful!)  You can query your Lire installation for supported dlf
converters by running:

 % lr_log2report --help dlf-converters

Some extra notes about the current list of supported log file formats is
in the Lire User Manual, online at
