Trying to upload log

My guess is that it is size.  Yesterdays' gzipped log was 9.5 MB - today's is 16!  Even though it says you will accept up to 10 MB, my guess is that the size is stopping the upload, because I attempted to upload the newest file gzipped this morning without looking at the size.  I get the same error, that either it's not a valid log file, or the email address is invalid, etc.  I'm not emailing, I'm uploading.

Guess I need to just bite the bullet and install the package here <g> - the smaller logs that I've done seem to give me good information, and now that I've moved a lot of production mail to the server in question, I dont see the logs getting any smaller!
