Lire needs ploticus with PLOTICUS_PREFABS (was: Re: [Fwd: ploticus])

Thanks for this follow-up.  Do you think this mistake is easily made, so

and/or the Lire INSTALL document could use a fix?  If so, a patch is
welcome.
