[LogReport Questions] problems with lr_log2report

hi everyone
i'm a newbie on network administration and i have installed lire on a redhat 8
and i'm having the following problem.
whenever i run lr_log2report i get the same, independently of the option i use.
what im doing wrong?

here is the list of errors i get.
